SYDNEY - 23RD MARCH
Important Change: The much anticipated Sydney leg of Under The Southern Stars 2022, due to go ahead at Qudos Bank Arena on Wednesday 23 March, will now be relocating to the Big Top Luna Park.
All current tickets are valid for the new venue, you do not need to action anything further.
Important information for VIP ticket holders: Regrettably due to the venue change we are no longer able to fulfil VIP inclusions at Big Top Luna Park.
Your VIP ticket are still 100% valid for entry to the show as a General Admission ticket tomorrow evening. Due to this unforeseen change, Under The Southern Stars will be refunding the VIP portion of your ticket (difference between GA and VIP) directly to the ticket purchaser.
The UTSS team will be in contact with VIP ticket purchasers for the Sydney event via email during the first week in April in order to obtain refund destinations for all VIP ticket purchasers.
Please keep an eye out and be sure to check your JUNK / SPAM folders.

WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?
Ticketek emailed all ticket holders on 14 March advising that your UTSS2022 Qudos Ezytickets will be distributed by them this week. Please look out for their email and be sure to check your SPAM folder.
** IF YOU COMPLETED OUR 'MARCH TICKET TRANSFER' form **
You will be OK! There was a delay in requesting tickets from Ticketek as we needed to wait for all requests to be submitted, but this HAS been done and you WILL have access on event day!
You should have received a copy of that transfer form as confirmation. You should still be receiving tickets, but your details have also been provided to the Box Office. Please don't worry!
UNABLE TO ATTEND:
If you are unable to attend this event, there are a couple of options for you.
1) We can transfer your tickets to an alternative venue. Please refer to the "Change My Tickets" information above to arrange that.
2) We can register you to receive tickets of equal value to our next UTSS Event, currently pencilled in for late 2022 / early 2023. Please complete this Register Next Event form to do that: this must be submitted prior to 5pm EST, March 10th, 2022
Please note that our refund request window closed at 5pm on December 15th, 2021. We advised our refund policy via emails sent to the addresses associated with ticket purchases, our website, links posted on social media and a reminder email the day prior. Please let us know via the above links if we can assist with ticket transfers or registration for our next event. Thank you.
